Located in Minturn, Colorado, the Ironworks Building is a mixed-use building that draws its architectural influence from the original historic movie theater that once graced this site. Much of the massing and many of the details are similar to the original structure.
Valagua
Final approvals from the neighboring town are slated for the summer of 2002. This 25,000-sq. ft. lodge/clubhouse has been designed as the first, and most prominent, of several commercial structures, which will be required to run the golf course operations in the up-scale mountain community. www.valaguaco.com
